I have been scammed twice over by this company. Having not received the trial pack at all and then two lots for £84.70 withdrawn from my account without my consent. I have been in touch with the company and although they acknowledge that due to an address error the goods were not delivered to me, that they could only offer me a refund of £84.71 as a compromise. I have notified the bank and they will deal with any further withdrawals from my account made by this company. They also have a bogus company set up at SW12 0PS which I am investigating further.
