said i had to pay a yearly membership fee..i never authorized..had the wrong address for me and all and cost me over draft fees etc..said i was dealing with "customer" service.because I was a customer..i said I am not a customer because i never agreed to this... and the hoops you want to go through to get your money back is ridiculous. oh and you have pay 19.95 just to cancel..UUGGHH
