So I called the customer care line and the lady told me that in order to make an account with them all I have to bring is 2 forms of Identification a pay slip and a utility bill I got all my documents and went to the back after working hoping to get that new account but the lady at the front desk said that I have to make an appointment and my utility bill must ha be tstt wasa and something else they never said that on the phone because I would of get those things I live blanchissuse and after 4 in the evening after work is not a good time to be hearing this.
