I purchased a voucher through a Deal of the Day site back in early December 2013. Almost two weeks later I received my first correspondence from them notifying me that I would not be receiving my order in time for Christmas. Two weeks after that correcspondence I received another notification telling me that they would no longer honor my voucher and that I needed to request a refund from the Deal of the Day company. This is extremly bad business practice and now I am out a Christmas gift. I will NEVER do business with Belleza Jewlery again and I hope that if you are reading this and have not placed an order with them - DON'T!!! They have banned all comments on their facebook page as to prevent negative comments. So I have decided to go to every site I can find and file a complaint against them.
