On reviewing VISA statements after travelling, we noted recurring charges for $29.95 from THINKCRED. By calling the 800 number we found that somehow we had gotten signed up for their "credit reporting" service, whatever that was. A one time charge for a credit report I can imagine but ongoing monthly charges? No way!

- have you ever been on a site offering a free look at your credit reference report and to look at it you have to enter your card details? if so did you read their terms and conditions ? a lot of the sites say it is free for 1 months and then it is a monthly subscription. google the company for the contact number call tthem and cancel. cancelling your card will not help as they can obtain the next card number from visa for a small fee
