I ordered a "Today's Deal" that included a Rainbow Loom, a book and 6,000 extra bands for the loom. It did not get here in time for Christmas. I received the loom only and discovered it is a counterfeit. Never received the rest of the order. Belleza Jewelry blocked me and many others from their Facebook page, won't answer their phones or emails. No way to get in touch with them. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company now.

- Contact the office of the TN State Attorney General. I did and it got a response out of those scam artists. I ordered a bracelet Nov 1 and still havent received it. They have a hundred excuses for the TN Division of Consumer Affairs
