I was searching for loans and ended up on this site, they asked for details and I filled them in. I checked my bank and they have taken £39.99 from me for no reason as I never agreed to this fee or went ahead with a loan.

- it sounds like you did nt read the terms and conditions. as soon as you enter your card details you are agreeing to their terms and conditions and most of them say they are just a broker and will charge a brokers fee, their job is to search all the other loan companies and find someone that will offer you a loan. if a loan is not offered after a certain period of time they will refund your money except for £5 that they keep. you will probably have a 14 day cooling off period and if you want to cancel most of them need it in writing so send it special delivery to be signed for. also call them and tell them you want to cancel but must also be put in writing. they also share your card information with other loan companies so don't be surprised if you find other loan companies taking money as well. I work for a bank that is how I know all this as I deal with these type of calls all day

- Valerie The company above ask you to fill out a payday loan form which does not state £39.99 will be debited from any card or account. after filling in your details the web page suddenly jumps to loan zoo then you are told the £39.99 will be taken I have been in contact with my Bank who will refund I don't know who you work for but are you officially speaking for them? The company have been reported to Trading Standards who will investigate and lets hope they get this company stopped. They are taking money from people that can ill afford this
