Spoke with a rep on the phone last may who sold me on the service. Much of the information he provided was misleading and incorrect, including the description of the guarantee. After paying almost $1000 to get my credit score repaired, I have not had any of the items I was concerned about affected after being enrolled for 8 months. After calling them to enact their guarantee, I was told that I was ineligible on a technicality in the fine print of the initial agreement (which was misrepresented by the phone representative).
This company is ineffective at removing erroneous items and they do not honor their word or guarantee.

- call your bank raise it as a visa dispute under the heading goods /services do not match the description. I work in visa disputes for a bank. visa will allow someone to claim within 120 of having the payment authorised

- These charges were from May 2013 - Dec 2013. Too long ago to use this approach.
