Ever since dealing with Xavier Armstrong from October 2013, hes been rude, disrespectful and he refuse to issue my rent money twice for the month of November 2013 and December 2013. For November he said I did not pay the light bill that was in his name and that he couldnt give me my money until it was paid. I then prove to Xavier that I did in fact paid the light bill and my money was issue after screaming and yelling which bought my blood pressure up. The 2nd time was this month December 2013 he refuse to give me my money because he said that the hot water heater needs to be fix and he will not give me my rent money until its fix. He asked for $400 to get it fix and he never got an estimate on or even check the problem out. He got a attitude with me stating that I will not get my money until the problem was fix after I asked him about giving me proof of the cost. Xavier Armstrong is a SCAM and a ripoff! He told me the tenant in the home wanted a $300 credit because he tighten up the hot water heater that obvious didnt need to be fix because he saved my home from thousands of dollars. After Xaveir 3-way our conversation, the tenant said he did not ask for $300 but for $200. Xavier tried to put the $100 in his pocket...The plumbing guy who I personally called also told me the tenant asked for $200. Xavier is very unprofessional and he requires all fees up front without even knowing the cost of anything. He has threaten to put a lein on my home and as of today December 26,2013 he still has my rent money which he had since December 20,2013. He also decided to take it upon himself to take an extra $75 per month off my rent total and said that the tenant suggested that because the garage door was not fix, the tenant told me he did not say that and if the rent was at $1200, that he would of paid that..Xavier Armstrong is taking matters in his own hands without discussing anything with me. He also told the tenant not to worry about the late fee, but the late fees actually goes to the owner..which is me
