i receive an email from the company thanking me for being a loyal customer. i all of sudden remember a review i read after ordering from them. so i immididately phoned the customer service to ask them to cancel my account and i ask for a full refund. they said that they can give me 30% refund and i said no i need 100% they said they can give 50% refund this time and i still said i havent even use the product. the agent said i can return it to two PO box addressess. one for the garcinia and one for the the cleanse. they said i would receive an email of some sort of a code that i need to put in the package to receive my refund. i have ask for their corporate office address and the agent seems to be typing and and then put me on hold. when he comes back he said that they are not allowed to give their address. i asked if it is because they ripped peoples money and they are a scammer. he said they are not a scammer and that it is mentioned in the terms and condition the they only give you 18 days of free trial, meaning the product is not free they only wait 18 days for you to use the product before they charge you. i asked for the address again and i told them im gonna sue them and he still cannot give it. this should serve a lesson to others. i order miracle garnicia before and they are very good at cancelling my account and not charging me enormous money i only paid 24 dollars for the product. so beware of the slendera products
