Ordered a set of cast iron cookware and recieved an order confirmation and sale approval notice by e-mail. No ship date listed or recieved. No product recieved. An e-mail was sent to the "sales" website. No response, no product, nothing. This company is either dis-functional, inept or crooked. Take your choice. If this remains un-resolved ,the next complaint will be with the NYS attorney general's office.
