International boundaries
Purchased a stockpot online at their website, and immediately received a confirmation email. One month later, no communications, no return emails from their online contact form, and no shipment of the cookware I ordered. I looked closer at their website and saw that the Copyright was 2011-2013, expired. Also, I did a google search and saw that the only location (in Ohio) for this company shows as permanently closed from 2013. Their website is still up, still taking orders and still taking credit card information! Scary. I'll be requesting a new credit card number from my bank because of this.
