I went into the airport to pick up my car on Dec. 20 2013, only to be told that the would have to charge my card another $250.00 for me to leave with the car.I am well over the age limit of 25 but well below age 50. To make it worse another lady that came on the same trip as I did went to the car rental company without a voucher and got the car without the hold on her card. I tried to cancel and did not get any answer by phone. When I was able to email them, i got a response saying that cancellations can only be done 48 hrs before pickup, but my voucher was bought within 24
hrs of pickup and that my cancellation fees was the exact amount of pickup. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!
