As I was leaving a reputable, well-known commercial website, I was asked to complete a 3 question survey for it and then offered free product as a thank you. However, I had to pay $3-4 for shipping using my credit card. There was no "trial period" mentioned. This was a gift. Thereafter my credit card was inappropriately charged monthly.
