I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from website uggshop-sale.com on 12/14. My credit card payment was processed by mallpay.com but the vendor name that appeared in my bank account charge was JF Co. Ltd. in Beijing. Today I received a package from China containing a yellow washcloth...nothing else. Obviously I was scammed. I didn't order anything else from China (Since the website I ordered from was in English, I didn't know I was buying from China). All emails to customer service at Mallpay.com bounce back as undeliverable and emails to the vendor website are unanswered.
