They relaunched event: Ipad mini for $1 (1000 units) on 26/12/2013.

Their website was downed/corrupted since event starting.The first event was launched on the 20th Dec 2013, but was cancelled and successful winners were notified of their successful purchase was cancelled despite the earlier promises that the customers who have bought it will received the date of collection through the email. The event was rescheduled to 26/12/2013.

The event started on the 26th was no different from the 20th, it was shown error "502 bad gateway", "server error" and worst of all,
the "add to cart" page was redirected/missing for most of the members, which resulted in unsuccessful attempts to add the item to cart or further more, making payments.

After the end of event, they considered all successful buyers will be notified for item collection. Actually it should be called off as well as Dec 20, 2013 event. It ain't fair for all members who joined this event.

    Greetings from Brandsfever.

    Firstly, we would like to apologise for the bad experience you had with the iPad mini campaign held in December 2013.

    Secondly, the campaign had ended with highs and lows partly due to technical glitch, which resulted in customers were not able to complete the purchase and disappointed.
    And as much as we would love to have all the customers to purchase the iPad mini, we were unable to due to the limited quantity and unexpected overwhelming response.

    However, we took this as a learning curve and we would like to thank you for the support, and we will definitely improve on the future campaign.
