They run this campaign that they gonna sell 1000 pcs of iPad mini for SG$1.

The original campaign date was 20 Dec 2013. I manage to get an iPad. They even sent a confirmation email with regards to my purchase. After 2hours I received again another email from them stating that my order was cancelled due to the technical problem they encounter. I sent them email asking for explanation but I didnt receive any response. After an hour they sent an email saying that the campaign will be reschedule to 26 Dec 2013. They even assure the users that the issue that happen previously will not happen again. Then came 26 Dec. At 9AM the site is no longer accessible again. Can not even add to cart. I've been refreshing like hell but to no avail. I only manage to add to my cart but after that error 502. After 3 hours they updated the product and put a Sold Out status.

Alot of people question how can the 1000 ipad become soldout if most people can not even access their website.

    Greetings from Brandsfever.

    Firstly, we would like to apologise for the bad experience you had with the iPad mini campaign held in December 2013.

    Secondly, the campaign had ended with highs and lows partly due to technical glitch, which resulted in customers were not able to complete the purchase and disappointed.
    And as much as we would love to have all the customers to purchase the iPad mini, we were unable to due to the limited quantity and unexpected overwhelming response.

    However, we took this as a learning curve and we would like to thank you for the support, and we will definitely improve on the future campaign.
