Unfortunately, you are not only one who has the problem with the company. Me and my friend has the problem with this company as well. We received also the same mail like you, that you mention above. We have paid in total 1543 USD. We are from the czech republic and now we are preparing some complaint by hongkong police. We have been discussing this issue with czech ambasador in China a he recommend us this. But it would be very helpful if we are able to find more people with the same problem with this company.
