I won a bid on Wippy.com/nz and have been asked for Credit Card Authorization Form and ID verification. Immediately I try to call them to say Im not going to do that to number +64 42807315 and no answer whatsoever. I sent an email on same day 2013-12-22, and on 2013-12-24 I got this: "Your cancellation date is 2013-12-23. You may continue to benefit from your membership until the cancellation date when the membership cancellation will take effect. This cancellation request was made on 2013-12-23 for the membership subscription first started on 2013-12-22. After the cancellation date of 2013-12-23, you will no longer be charged the monthly subscription fee" which is $49.99”. “ Please be informed that you will not be subscribed for the membership next month. However, you need to pay this month's subscription as you have used the bids on your account."

I wrote several emails: "I don't want that product which I have ordered, because I saw status that this product on pending for CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION & ID VERIFICATION. Please, refund my payment"

And they reply me I have to pay for this month subscription $49.99.

I highly demand a refund for this amount back into my account and not charge me for month subscription which didn’t started.

I am waiting...
