I ordered a pair off uggs off a website with expectations that they arrive within 5 buisness days a stated, 2 weeks later they have not arrived. I tried tracking order to be told by fedex the tracking number does not exist! I looked at my bank statement to find a company called GCP TECH LTD had taken £82 from my account so i googled this company and links led me ere where i found out I'm not the only person to be fooled! What can i do to resolve this problem?
