I ordered products on Dec 17th through an email stating guaranteed 2 day shipping to arrive by Christmas. Upon checking my status there was no tracking information. There is no number to call so had to do online chat where the guy assured me to disregard any emails that they have upgraded all orders and I am guaranteed to have my order. Upon contacting a Rep today she told me No i will not get my order that i can upgrade to overnight to have it and then she ended my chat session. Talked to a 3rd person for her to tell me im wrong and now they wont cancel or make it right after I have the original email saying I will get it by christmas but how funny when I go to email our chat conversations they will not email to me and or 2 other emails I tried sending them too OHH did i forget to say that through Snapfishs original email it said guaranteed or your order is free. NEVER will I order through them again for the customer service is the worst I have encountered EVER. Even when I get someone who cant speak english i get more accomplished. Priceless is the amount because I am out 3 presents that are worth everything to the people that were expecting them. Worst company to order through. I hope no one gives them the opportunity to let them treat you the same way.
