The bottles arrived but have capsules made of gelatine which I can't take. So all of the bottles I ordered are unopened.
Their website states:
"100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return the product up to 14 days after you purchase it for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges)."
After a couple of frustrating calls to their customer service, they agree to refund me the product price minus a $5.95 restocking fee per bottle.
I'm already taking a huge hit with international shipping both ways. The extra $5.95 restocking fee just adds insult to injury. They refuse to waive the ridiculous fee per bottle.

Hi. It looks like this has just been shelved. I'd like a refund on the premium account I paid for please.
