I purchased a ZAQ aromatherapy diffuser that Nomorerack states was delivered.I contacted them because I've been charged, but nothing received. They didn't want to handle the problem and asked me to contact the delivery company and the police.USPS states it was delivered, I got nothing. I contacted Nomorerack 7 times to correct this problem. They finally said that they would give me store credit, but they haven't. Big scam company with customer service that makes all the problems yours, no solutions, and no merchandise. Done with them! I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card company and complaint with BBB.
