I had a vehicle breakdown at the end of october 2013, i was not covered for what had broken down, so I called them to cancel my contract, i was on the phone well over an hour trying to cancel my contract, they had told me that I couldnt cancel it that day and to call back 5 days before my next payment. So after arguing with them they finally said that they would cancel it. Then after a month I check my bank statement to find that they had charged me my regular monthly fee, so I call them back up and find that they did not cancel my account, so I ended up having the same frustrating conversation with them all again. From what I had gotten from the obnoxious conversation was that I the customer cannot make my own decisions, but the customer service employees can. Now after continuously arguing with them they had finally told me how to cancel my contract. So hopefully the letter I had to write and send them will finally cancel my account like they said it would.
