I RECEIVED A WARRANTIE REPAIR COVERAGE FOR MY 2012 HONDA CRV A DAY AFTER I WAS LOOK OVER MY PAPERS THAT I GOT WHEN I PURCHES THE VEHICLE WHIT A FRIEND WHEN SHE POINT OUT THAT I DON'T NEED IT BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE THAT COVERAGE I CALL THE DAY SPOKE TO TWO DRIFRENT PERSON SEVERAL TIMES AND KEEP PUTING MY CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER SEVENTEEN MINUTES NO ONE COMES TO THE PHONE I HANG UP AND CALL AGAIN I TOLD THE GENTLE-MAN I WOULD LIKE A REFUND HE KEEP ASKYIG WHY IREPEAT HE ASK WHY AGAIN AND UP
