Mi nombre es (Personal Information Removed) y estoy reclamando en nombre de mi esposo (Personal Information Removed) el cual viajo de Chicago y hizo escala en Monterrey por 23 horas y cuando se iba a subir al avion le dijeron que su asiento ya estaba ocupado por lo cual le dieron otro vuelo y lo que estamos reclamando es por que se tuvo que quedar mas tiempo y gastar mas dinero porque las personas que lo estaban estaban esperando ya lo habian ido a recoger y entonces hicieron doble gasto y por supuesto mi esposo (Personal Information Removed) tambien tuvo que gastar en comida, por lo cual estamos solicitando un re-embolso.
