I bought a round trip ticket for my Girl friend from Orbitz 704.00. Colombia to TJ Mexico. Early Feb 2019 they would not let her board plane. They would not tell her why. All her papers in order they over booked. Told her to fly out next morning 1000.00 more. She had to take bus 4 hours back home. I paid another 200.00 to Orbitz to fly her out a week later. When she arrived in Mexico City airport. They detained 120 people keep her over 5 hours with other people. Her plane took off without her .I called airport to fly her out next plane 6 hours later. As she went to enter plane they then told her. She has to pay again they waited 15 min before she was to enter plane.I called again used my credit card to get her the hell out of there. Again 15min before time to board plane they told her. He is not here so we decided to not accept his credit card. She is now there 12 hours. I called Orbitz no help. I had now been waiting for her in TJ 12 hours. They said she could go out next plane now 18 hours in airport. Again just before plane to take off would not let board plane. Told me by phone I had to go to Areomex desk buy another ticket desk closed for the night.She had to go to hotel I had to get hotel in TJ. Next morning I paid 186.00 for another ticket. She landed told me how rude they where and lied to her about to fly her out next plane. 6 weeks later she has return ticket. She is at Tj airport 5 hours early they said we canceled your ticket. I have email 3 days before departing flight she is all set to fly out April 9/19. Im on phone again 5 hours to tell them she has a pd ticket. Planes leaves without her They then say we will refund 244.00. I buy another ticket she has to go motel again cost new ticket 574.00. I told her to call when she got home in Colombia. After that I stop payment on the 704.00 and 574.00 on my card. Chase bank Im 40 year customer says I have to take refund of 244.00 and pay the 574.00. I told chase and airline go to hell with your 244.00 refund. It is in dispute no matter. I will not pay any moneys back till I get 574.00 refund if not I will pay nothing. DO NOT EVER FLY AREOMEXICO
