On 11 November I entered the Debenhams site and was sent to an offer of postage only sample of Equinox – I filled in my credit card details to pay the £4.95 postage and could not complete without being asked if I would like to buy another cream – at this stage I decided I was not going to continue with any of it and came out of the site. The postage was taken for Equinox and Revolskin £2.99. Then to my abosolute Horror £95.00 was taken from my account to Equinox and on the 3rd December £89 to Revolskin neither of these products did I want or even agree to having sent to me – like I have said I did not even complete the site! On 12 Dec. another payment of £99.95 has been taken from my account. I have tried to ring with, of course, no reply.(Personal Information Removed)
