On October 29,2013 I ordered the free trial for $4.97 shipping costs only. It was supposed to arrive the first week of November. It just arrived on December 10th. Today 12/13/13 I decided to open it and try it. I had a bad feeling & and decided to look up the reviews. I knew I was in trouble when I started reading them. I had my husband pull up our bank account and sure enough they had charged our account 3 times to the sum of $295.00!!! I called right away at first they refused to refund any money but I was very angry and told them they were stealing from me &i would sue them. They then decided to give me back $200.00 of the money by Monday the 16th of December 2013 . We will see
