I was charged a $4.95 fee for something I didn't even know what it was. It appeared as "428171 EHEALTH888 416 2984 BELIZE B LZ" which made no sense to me.. and of course, I couldn't have my bank cancel the payment because it was already processed. I called the 888 416 2984 number multiple times and got disconnected, and when I got connected to someone they told me their systems were down and would call me tomorrow- no phone call, so I called them and explained to them I had no idea what company they were from. The guy was really nice about it and insisted that he would suspend my "account" from the server so I wouldn't be charged anymore- but couldn't refund me my money. I told him I wanted the mailing address and location of his place of employment and he gave it to me(of course it's a PO Box) and that if I was charged any further I would file a lawsuit against the company.. so far, no further charges have been made to my account.
