UTH called me today and told me that I had a trojan and that my computer was going to crash. The representative was rushing me and said that the csrss.exe was a virus and that it needed to be removed. When I asked about the charge he said there would be a small charge. He pressured me to purchase the desktop help. I asked for their phone number, and the representative finally gave it to me. My son informed me that they were scam artists. I want these people to pay.
