I used this service for a resume and it was suppose to be a free trial, not the case! I left messages after I did my résumé and paid for a cover letter and back page, this was in sept and they are still charging my account $34.95 every month! I was surprised to see the charges AGAIN!
From reading the other complaints on here it seems as if there are others who are going thru the same with this company!
I would like my money back considering I used the site 1 time and paid for the cover letters!!!
