In November I was looking through a few emails and saw that I could take a survey and get free wrinkle skin care product, I thought why not. It asked for a $4.95 shipping fee, which wasn't bad. Ten days later, December 7, I look at my account and found a $97.88 purchase that I didn't make. Come to find out, after is googled the company and found this web cite, they charge you if you don't cancel (within ten days). It doesn't say anything like that on the survey nor the paperwork that ships with the product!!! When I called the company they were mean and not willing to give me my money back. I'm working with my bank to get my money back.
