I too applied for a free sample of Flawless Effect paying £4 95 p & p. This was deducted from my account on November 1, 2013. A small phial containing about 2 oz. of the cream arrived shortly after. The pump did not work so at the moment I am scraping it out with a spoon. On 29/11/13 a further £98 37p was taken from my account.
When I contacted my bank regarding this, they informed me that unbeknown to me I had signed into a contract with Flawless Effect, apparently the details are in their Terms and Conditions, which I foolishly did not read.
I appears I have now paid over £100 for something not worth anything
Future customers should be very aware of this scam. The details are given in their Terms and Conditions but customers should be clearly made aware of these before they press the buy button.
This is a scam and I`m sure there a dozens of us who have been duped by this company.
