I saw there ad online for this 30 day trial for Garcinia Cambogia and if you did not like the product to call and cancel the trial and return product and you would not be charged.
I placed the order on 09/13/2013 and was charged $148.95 on 09/21/2013. I received the product on 09/17/2013. I called the company and spoke with Alice and was told the trial was only for 7 days and not 30 days, I told Alice that I had just received the product 3 days ago and that the online offer said 30 day trial. I cancelled my trial and was given a cancelation code and a RMA # to place on the returning package and that I would be refunded with in 7-14 business days. I waited til 10/09/2013 and called the company back because I have still not received my refund and was told it is still processing to wait another 5 days and it will be refunded. Since that day I have called 10 more times and was told several times to just wait a couple more days and I would be refunded. Also told at least 3 times that a Supervisor would be calling me with in 24-48 hours, which I never received a call from anyone. I called the company today, 12/6/2013 and was told the same thing as before to wait a couple more days and a supervisor will be calling you.
This has got to be the worst situation I have ever been in before. I had several things bounce with my checking account because they took money without my permission out.
