This company never explained to me I had to pay them to "rent " a number and pay a separate company to receive the calls. Their page states refund will be given upon request if not satisfied with our services. I have tried to "communicate" with them, but they keep denying me the refund. You can't call them directly, which should have been a red flag! Everything is through e-mail, no wonder they don;t want to deal with all the unhappy customers.
