International boundaries
On 11-1-2013 there was a charge of $0.99. Then on 12-4-2013 there was another charge for $0.99. I think it's bogus for a company to take your money without any authorization, especially if that company doesn't make themselves easily accessible to find out where those charges were applied to. I searched and searched to no avail and still can't figure out why those funds were charged. I want this to stop.
