I also was scammed by Hot Closeouts2013 and I did find the phone number and called them. I had to wait a long time because they were so busy, but I finally got a representative, she started to give me a (Inappropriate Content Removed) but I told her I was printing out all these complains against the company and taking this to my bank to the fraud division and also to the Better Business Bureau (which they have thousands of complains) and that I wanted my money returned to my account. She kept going on about the $99.00 bought 200 bids and I got tough with her and told her it was illegal and they illegally charged my account for something I didn't ask for. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she could possibly help me and she said she was refunding my money and gave me a confirmation # (after I asked for one) and her name and her #. So we will see if this is put back into my bank in 2 - 3 days as she said it would be. The phone number I called 877-924-3390 which is Zbiddy phone number. Be tough with them and demand your refund, don't let them give you (Inappropriate Content Removed)! We all need to stick together and get this company put out of business. They have over 18 million dollars in complaints against them. Good Luck
