I didn't really notice the charge until recently as apprently some other company called PS Buyers Club hit me for 39.90 as well on 21 Sep 2011. So I went back through my credit card to see if there were any other abnormalities and found the CM Shop Club hit. Not sure what the heck happened, it seems I've been hit by a couple of these companies. Luckily this other one - Insider Shopping isn't billing my credit card, but it seems you can not cancel or close account as they are stilling billing me for new services. Outrageous... Anyone have any ideas or clues?
