ME AND MY HUSBAND LEFT OUR OTHER PHONE PROVIDERS. WE WENT WITH VERIZON TO GET A BETTER DEAL A FAMILY PLAN WE WERE TOLD BASICALLY EVERYTHING WE WERE TOLD WAS A LIE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE A BILL OF NO MORE THEN $250 WITH TAXES AND ALL INCLUDED EVERY MONTH AND NO LESS THEN $220 WE GOT ON WITH VERIZON IN AUGUST 2011 MY BILL IN SEPT WAS $359. THIS MONTHS BILL IS $512. NEXT BILL ALREADY WILL BE $303 I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS WE NEED HELP .
