Bought 7" phablet phonE that broke three weeks after receipt. I ordered another phone it too broke in two weeks exactly the same way first phone broke. I was bounced 4 times to different representatives. Then I Paid $65.00 to return two phablet phones and a defective bluetooth (defective on arrival). Was then sent to more phablet phones that also broke two & three weeks later. Bluetooth again defective on arrival. I Was told I needed to return items at another cost of $65 again and could only send another phone, would not give refund. I told them they wre selling defective products and I wanted a refund at this point. They oferred $25.00 refund. I told them this was un-exceptable because I was out $268.00 and still did not have what I paid for a working phone. Was told I could send phones to NY address to defer shipping cost and on receipt would give me refund. I sent phones to NY address they then said my order was too old past 6 months and could not give refund or replacement phones. I told them replacement phones were mailed out in September I only had them 2 months. They are still refusing to refund or replace phones. I've spent $268.00 plus and have no phone! eXTREMELY UPSET!!! Please help me get my money from scam.
