Ordered free samples on 4th August, didn't receive them until 12 Sept. Emailed to ask if they could extend the trial period as I received the samples so late. They said my trial period would end on 12 Oct. I cancelled on 1st Nov. well within the 45 days, but noticed they had taken 2 lots of $69.95 from my credit card on 14th and 15th Oct.
They very cleverly state that payment will be taken WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER so even if it arrives 30 days late they don't consider that.
The samples I got were faulty, I had to take the tubes apart to get the contents out.
Have emailed and phoned them and just been told that my account was closed...end of story.
Totally disgusted!
