I am an ebay seller and used Moneybookers because it was recommended by ebay. For 2 years it worked just fine and my sales were deposited in my bank. However recently a customer used "now" Skrill and no money was deposited to my bank. When I went to the website, I was blocked out of my account and they never would send me a new password although they recognized my email. I know my email wasn't blocking them because after I wrote support, I immediately got their automated response. However, a day later and they have yet to answer my concerns. This is a small amount compared to some but I cannot do business with an organization that is less than reliable and possibly criminal.
