Grand Travel Worldwide uses deceptive tactics to get you to come to one of their seminars. My wife and I bought into one of their packages after negotiating them down too just 1593 dollars. From 8995 plus 399 and 199 in annual dues. We thought we were buying a fantastic Vacation club. We were so excited, thinking that we would be able to get great deals and be able to travel for less money. Later that night when we arrived home, I decided to do some research about this company. Checking their web site and blogs like this, I realized I had bought into a scam, that they can't deliver the savings they claimed. Not to mention the fact that we were not just dealing with one company name, but five. Grand Travel Worldwide, Voyager Vacation Club, Island Trader Vacations, Travel Services Inc. and Payless Vacations. Most of the web sights on the internet told us if a company has more than one name it's hard to trace where your money is actually going and is most likely a scam. I was so pissed off about what I read and heard from others and also from news web sights over the internet. I decided to go back to the Hotel where the seminar was being held the next day and demand they cancel the transaction. After a little arguing and loud communication with the director they reversed the transaction and canceled the payment. If this happens to anyone else please just go back the next day and do the same it will work. For this group we bought into we read we only had three days to cancel from the date of signing our documents. Read the fine print and check to see if the company you buy into can actually do what they say they can! The more people who stand up to these types of organizations the more likely they are of being stopped!
