I purchased a Juicy Couture phone case from case2case in October 2011. I realize this purchase was from quite awhile ago and I probably won't get my money back but I still wanted to file a complaint.

Firstly, the representative Shirley, said that my payment didn't go through and asked if there were any problems on my end. However, I looked at my credit card statement and I was charged for the full amount and notified her. Fishy...
I receive my phone case and it was a lot bulkier than I imagined. It also would not fit on my iPhone properly which led me to believe that it was counterfeit. I emailed Shirley with my concern of it being defective and even sent her pictures for proof. She dismissed my complaint by telling me that I was assembling it incorrectly and that I should ask my friends for help (all in broken English).

Not only is this company fishy, but they are extremely unprofessional, insulting and unhelpful. Terrible customer service and high probability of counterfeit products. Do not shop here.
