I ordered an iphone 4s case Kate Spade for $27.99 on 04/16/2012 & I got an email the next day saying it was out of stock., yet they still charged me without knowing that. They said it will be in stock in a week or so, also read scams that they are all knockoffs. Please get back to me!!

- I think there must be some mistake, I've bought many items from them, they are all genuine. Sometimes, some item may out of stock, but they asked me to change it for another one, or refund me, their customer service Shirley is great. So if your item is out of stock just contact her, she will help you.

- Not only is their business fishy but they have their own customer service rep pretend to be another customer. Give me a break..
