- They scammed me, too, by sending me a fake TNF. Good luck getting your money back, though. After my correspondence with them they suggested I return the item if I wasn't happy with it...of course I would have to take a 15% loss for restocking plus the cost of return shipping to them. I informed them they had no merit to withhold a restocking fee nor expect me to pay return shipping when they stated on their website they sell "genuine" and "authentic" products and they obviously sent me a counterfeit. I received no reply to that correspondence, but I have since noted they changed the wording on their website and it no longer includes descriptions of "genuine" nor "authentic" but now describes their inventory as "cleverly filled with high end active and outerwear". Very 'clever' way around selling fakes if you ask me. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they have done nothing in the month and a half since I filed with them.
