I purchased a north face dinali jacket fleece medium size on November 18, 2013 at 12:45 pm.I was very excited when it arrived in the mail. to my big disappointment, it was not what I expected it to be. It did not even fit me, so I decided to return it immediately, eevn used the same packaging when I received it.
I have since then been waiting for the refund. Up to this time of writing, I have not gotten anything. I had also sent an email to them, but have not heard at all. I would like my money back.
