I saw the advertisement on my Facebook page. It said that they were offering a free trial and all you had to pay was the postage. I checked the T's and C's and couldn't see anything untoward. I should have known it was too good to be true! After checking my bank account I discovered that they had taken £154.95! I tried to call them but couldn't get through. No one has ever answered my emails. 2 days on, I eventually got through to someone on the phone. They didn't sound very professional but gave me an RMA number and a return address. I returned the pills straight away on a recorded delivery. This cost me £6.95 but I didn't mind as long as I got my refund. It has been over 3 weeks now and still no money. I have tried calling 10-15 times a day but cant get through. Finally got through today and they have told me that refunds take between 30 - 40 days. I know that 40 days is not an acceptable and refunds should legally be made within 30 days. I can’t believe I fell for this. I have just been made redundant so I really need my money back.
