I have requested refund since sept.20, 2013. I have called them 13 times, even talked to a supervisor named francis. They tell me something different every time i call trying to put me off. No corp.,no supervisor, no manager on duty-she told me today. I requested a call back from supervisor and was told i will receive one in 24-48 hours and to wait a couple more days for my refund. This is the worst i have ever been treated by a company and they cant tell me anything. Everything has been false to this point. 13 calls and two months with no results is rediculous.
